As a Vacation Rental Specialist, you’ll ensure our vacation rental properties are spotless, welcoming, and ready for the next guests. Your tasks will include:

- Create Unforgettable Stays by preparing vacation homes to impeccable guest-ready standards—cleaning, staging, and restocking all the essentials.

- Roll Out the Red Carpet with fresh linens, perfectly made beds, and thoughtful welcome touches to delight every guest upon arrival.

- Keep It Sparkling by cleaning and sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, and high-traffic areas with precision and care.

- Be the Eyes for Quality by inspecting properties for cleanliness, inventory, and any maintenance issues to ensure everything is in perfect shape.

- Stay Ahead of the Game by promptly reporting any damages, missing items, or needed repairs to the management team.

- Commit to Excellence by following and meeting our high-quality standards to ensure each guest has a five-star experience.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

- Personal vehicle with valid insurance.

- Must have a reliable smartphone with the ability to take photos when needed and access our application on your personal device.

- Valid driver’s license.

- Ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish.
